We're putting together a really fun and delicious live Valentine’s Zoom Event you can enjoy with us and other chocolate lovers.
We’ll start off by showing you how to make truffle ganache, the chocolate and cream / butter mixture you fill chocolates with or layer a cake with, or just spoon into your mouth directly as a treat.
We’ll send you that ganache pre-made so we can all roll out four truffles together.
Then we’ll cover the truffles in cocoa powder or powdered sugar which is included in our package, or you can use your own choice of toppings.
Send us your most beautiful truffle image from our evening together and the one we like the most will win a chocolate lovers survival kit and we’ll feature your truffle image in our newsletter and on social media!
Also in the package will be a special Valentine’s treat. Tart apricots, filled with truffle ganache, and covered in dark chocolate. And our Slims with Australian River Salt and of course our Chocolate Lovies - SHARE THE LOVIE. It’s a fantastic Valentine’s chocolate indulgence.
Our über talented and dear friend George Pitsironis, who makes his own amazing wine and was sommelier at Spago and Pacific Dining Car here in Los Angeles... is putting together a list of wines for you to pair with our different Valentine's chocolates. George will have great suggestions that you may already have or can go buy at your local wine store ahead of our evening.
There’s more than enough chocolate for two people, or if you fly solo, you’ll get to repeat the experience the next day or longer.
It’s $85 for the event, all the ingredients, the truffle apricots, slims and lovies, including shipping. We’ll email you the wine list and include it and the ganache recipe in your package.
We’ll have two times to make it easier for people to join in.
Sat February 13th at 6pm PST and
Sunday February 14th at 4pm PST.
