Direct Chocolate Tempering / Dipping Class
You'll learn how to properly melt chocolate and all of the ways you can dip your preferred goodies so they come out perfectly each time.
You'll receive our Coco Suisse Dark Chocolate for Melting and our Coco Suisse Organic Short Bread to start. You will have more than enough dipping chocolate to bring your own strawberries, nuts, dried fruit, and whatever else you would like to try dipping!
Wine Pairing. In both classes, Our über talented and dear friend George Pitsironis, who makes his own amazing wine and was sommelier at Spago and Pacific Dining Car here in Los Angeles... will put together a list of wines for you to pair with our different chocolates. George will have great suggestions that you may already have or can go buy at your local wine store ahead of our evening.
